The FJATA is proud to locate its 2016 Annual Conference at the
Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in lower Manhattan which
will be packed with vital information, the latest innovations and
as always superb networking!

The 2016 FJATA Annual Conference is almost here!

The logistics…

The Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) is on Seventh Avenue at 27th Street, New York City.  Rooms should have been booked by now and all our discounted room blocks have expired.  You can still call them directly to check for availability.  They are all very close to the FIT.  Hotel registration.

Attached are the event schedule, speaker bio and the list of conference attendees.  If you are a vendor, you can set up at 8:30 in the Katie Murphy Amphitheater.  The displays will be moved for you late afternoon to the Great Hall where the cocktail party will be located.

Tuesday, March 29th:  Enter through the Main Glass Doors and through security and follow signs to the conference in the Katie Murphy Amphitheater.  The registration desk will be there to check you in.  The program will start at noon, so plan to arrive at 11:00 to have lunch and get settled. 

Please say hello to the vendors in the lunch area.

Tuesday’s program will finish at 5:30 when we all will meet in the Great Hall for cocktails and Hors D’Oeuvres.  Vendors will be set up in this area so that you can see what’s new.  Find a dinner partner as you are on your own to dine anywhere in New York you choose.

Wednesday, March 30th:  We will meet Wednesday morning in the Great Hall. (the same room as the cocktail party)  A room will be provided to store your suitcase if you wish.  A continental breakfast will be served from 8:00 to 9:00 and the program will start at 9:00 sharp.  First on the schedule is the FJATA CSR Audit program discussion that you will NOT want to miss!

The program will finish around noon after FJATA’s President, Jim Heagney, delivers his closing remarks.  Be prepared to participate in a discussion to help shape the future of FJATA.
